PRSI Medical Cards
If you qualify for PRSI or Medical Card assistance, we can either process an application for you in store or provide you with an application form.
When authorised, this entitles you to a free eye examination and free glasses from a selected range using your medical card or a free eye examination if you qualify with PRSI contributions. The voucher can also be used towards the cost of glasses from alternative ranges.

Free Glasses
We have a wide selection of frame styles to choose from all fitted with standard lenses. With Medical Card entitlement, you can choose frames from our €45 range and pay nothing. Or, your entitlement can be used towards the cost of glasses from any of our ranges.

Hearing Aid
You can abtain a hearing aid from as little as €450 with your PRSI contribution. PRSI contribution allows up to €700 off per hearing aid

How to claim Benefit
Whether you have had an eye exam or planning one you may be able to claim the cost back under PRSI entitlement.Application forms are available in-store please ask a member of staff.
Medical Card holders must first apply to your Health Board, application forms are available in-store please ask a member of staff. Once you have received your authorisation from the Health Board, call us to make an appointment. Remember, to claim your benefit you must bring in your form at the time of your appointment.
